I gave 14 years of my life to a company because it was a “good job.”

It paid well.
I was good at what I did.
I worked for the same company in three different states.

But behind the scenes…

I was working 60+ hours a week while only getting paid for 45 because I was salaried.

There were no boundaries.
No real vacations.
Sometimes I even had to use my own vacation hours just to cover payroll so my employees could work.

Work came before everything.

I barely had time for my family.

I was overweight, exhausted, overwhelmed, and somehow convinced myself that this was just what success looked like.

It wasn’t.

When I decided to leave and go all in on my business, people thought I was crazy.

“You’re giving up a good job.”
“What if it doesn’t work?”

I heard it all.

Was it scary?

Absolutely.

But staying where I was would’ve been even scarier.

Today, I get to build businesses that I love.

I have time to work out.
I have time for my family.
I have time for my clients.
I have time to dream bigger.

And one of my favorite parts of the day?

Being able to cook dinner for my husband and my kids without feeling completely drained.

Entrepreneurship isn’t easy.
