Grounding doesn’t have to be complicated.
You don’t always need to escape somewhere quiet to reconnect with yourself. Sometimes, it can look like pausing where you are and noticing what’s already around you.
Take a moment to slow down, take a breath, and let yourself be present.
Healing can begin with simply noticing. 🤍

A moment of reflection can create space for gratitude, connection, and intention.
Take a second to check in with yourself:
What are you proud of?
What are you grateful for?
And what intentions do you want to carry into the ongoing week?
There’s no right or wrong way to reflect, just an invitation to pause and honor where you are. 🤍

We don’t exist in isolation.
Relationality invites us to remember that we are deeply connected to one another, to our communities, to the land, to water, to plants, animals, and ancestors.
It asks us to move through life with responsibility, reciprocity, and care, recognizing that our well-being is connected to the well-being of the world around us.
What might it look like to practice relationality in your everyday life? 🤍

Self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or time-consuming.
Sometimes it’s as simple as drinking water, stepping outside or just reminding yourself: I am enough.
This week, challenge yourself to complete a row or even the whole board! Self-care isn’t about perfection, it’s about honoring what your mind and body need, one small step at a time.

Juneteenth is more than a celebration of freedom. It is a reminder that liberation delayed is justice denied.
Today, we honor the resilience, brilliance, and resistance of Black communities whose survival transformed struggle into possibility. And EVERYDAY —We remember that freedom was never simply granted—it was demanded, defended, and carried forward through generations.
Juneteenth invites us to move beyond remembrance and into responsibility.
To challenge systems built on domination.
To protect the dignity of all people.
To celebrate Black joy as a form of resistance.
To recognize that none of us are free until all of us are free.
May we honor our ancestors not only with our words, but with our actions.
Freedom was announced.
Liberation remains the work.
Your story doesn’t have to be perfect, linear, inspirational, or easy to explain to matter.
This week’s healing circle invites us to reflect on the stories we carry, the stories we’ve inherited, and the voice we’re still learning to trust. Together, we’ll explore what it can mean to speak from a place of truth, memory, and care.

What if strength isn’t about carrying everything alone?
For this week’s reflection on caring for ourselves and others, Contigo board member Cy Herrera shared a reminder that resilience doesn’t have to happen in isolation.
We all move through difficult moments. We all experience times when we need support, rest, care, or someone to help carry the weight alongside us.
Maybe being “strong” isn’t about never struggling.
Maybe it’s about building relationships and communities where we don’t have to struggle alone.

So many of us learned care through survival. Things like overextending, “being strong,” and putting ourselves last.
But care can also look like rest, boundaries, honesty, support, and community!
