Gym Girl Update No. 721: today was a long day.
But I moved my body and got a little stronger. I helped other people move their body’s and get a little stronger too.
I was around inspired and wonderful people.
I ate good nutritious food and had plenty of clean water.
I had a productive day in and out of work.
My dogs are healthy too and love me unconditionally (I would give years off my life for them).
The sun was out.
My outfit was new and cute af.
The music was loud.
Overall it was a great.
Even when it’s a long day, or a string of long days, I hope you find some good in every single one 🤍

Gym girl update No. 707: well guys, I officially have stomach veins (slide 6 & 9) and am eating like 2500-3000 calories a day.
I promise the cut is over but now I’m refueling and feeling ✨unstoppable✨

Guess who ate like she’s back on GROW MODE last niiight??😈 (It was me 🤷♀️) and I felt SO good for this workout because of it!

LETS BE REAL- being this lean is not fun. So yes girl im back to my regular programming this next week 🫡😂🤷♀️ im lucky to have to energy to move how I wanna move still🫡😮💨
But I mean it was an experience and you know I stay like 12-18% BF usually all year I’d guess. I avoid the scale usually.🤷♀️
