This session supported fascia release, nervous system support, energetic healing, and gently uncovering the stories my body has been carrying while navigating an industry that often asks us to keep pushing through.
As someone who is neurodivergent and highly sensitive, I’ve realized that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms.. it’s about learning to listen to what our bodies have been trying to tell us
This is the beginning of a mini-series documenting my own healing journey while building a new vision for the beauty industry. One where we support the mind, body, and spirit of the providers who care for everyone else.

As you can tell I’ve lived about 100 differnt lives working BTC.. and what I can absolutely tell you is that you can love your career… and still be harmed by the environment you’re working in
For years, we’re taught to push through the headaches, brain fog, fatigue, skin irritation, anxiety, burnout, and beyond.
Somewhere along the way, we started believing these things were “just part of the job.” Plot twist, they’re not.
When our bodies are exposed to chemical overload, poor air quality, chronic stress, and a constantly dysregulated nervous system, our bodies often begin sending us signals.
I know because I lived it
My health challenges became the catalyst that completely changed the way I practice, teach, and care for others.
Today, I’m passionate about helping beauty professionals create businesses that don’t require sacrificing their health to build a successful career.
