Here’s what went into this full custom transformation:

THE BEFORE:
Grown out, dull ends, and a harsh line where her old highlights grew out. She needed brightness but with softness.

THE PRODUCTS:
My go-to for this kind of blend: Redken Shades EQ + blonde IQ oil based Flash Lift. I formulated everything custom so her natural hair so that the extensions fade the exact same way.

THE HIGHLIGHT PROCESS:
Full foil, keeping it super close to the root but leaving depth in between. No chunky stripes — just that diffused, lived-in lift.

THE EXTENSION CUSTOMIZATION:
This is the part most people skip. We don’t just install extensions straight out of the pack. I custom rooted and added lowlights to every single weft to match her new base. That’s how you get zero line of demarcation. The foiled extensions you saw? That’s the secret to the perfect blend!

This extension contraption was brought specially from Israel to make our lives easier and our extension customization and installation a breeze.

My client Veronica wanted a lived in bronde but her hair is super delicate so we had to strategize😉

Lived-in color isn’t rushed. It’s built — gently.

We started with 6 months of regrowth, faded mids, and brassy ends. Goal: blend everything while keeping it low-maintenance. Lived-in color starts with a real plan.

No teasing here. Her hair is delicate, so we used fine, strategic slices + surface painting to create softness without any backcombing. We kept brightness around the face for that sunkissed pop, but added depth through the back for movement. No harsh lines = seamless grow-out, no damage.

Letting the lift do its thing. We watch every foil — not the clock. Delicate hair processes faster, so we pulled sections as soon as they were ready to protect integrity.

Clean canvas time. Removed all lightener + prepped for toning. You can already see the dimension coming through here — and the hair still feels like silk.

This is where the magic happens. Custom gloss formula to cancel brass, add richness, and melt everything together. Toner is what makes color look expensive + intentional while actually conditioning the hair.

Dusting the dead ends and adding face framing layers and a bit of texture all over to add movement! No heavy layering needed. Styled with a soft bend, not curls, so you can see how healthy it looks day-to-day.

Soft, dimensional, healthy. The kind of color that gets better as it grows out. Zero harsh lines. All the shine. No damage.
