I’ve been extremely lenient in the past with same-day cancellations and missed appointments.
With my schedule now being very limited while balancing waxing and the front desk at Elevated Beauty, I will be enforcing my policy moving forward.
A $25 no-show fee will be required and must be paid before rescheduling.
