🌬️ Breathe Easier with Halotherapy at Alleviate Intuitive Massage Therapy
Living in Bakersfield means dealing with seasonal allergies, dust, smoke, and some of the poorest air quality in the country. With almond harvest season approaching, many people notice increased congestion, coughing, and irritation from airborne dust.
Our Himalayan Salt Cave offers halotherapy (dry salt therapy), a relaxing wellness experience where microscopic pharmaceutical-grade salt particles are dispersed into the air. As you breathe them in, they may help:
✨ Loosen and clear excess mucus from the airways
✨ Support your body’s natural respiratory cleansing process
✨ Soothe irritated airways
✨ Promote easier breathing
✨ Encourage relaxation while you recharge
Whether you’re looking to support your respiratory wellness during allergy season or simply enjoy a peaceful escape, our salt cave provides a calming environment designed to help you breathe a little easier.

🧘♀️
Our very first Sound Bath at Alleviate Intuitive Massage Therapy was everything I dreamed it would be—and more.
For more than a decade, I envisioned creating a boutique wellness spa in Bakersfield where exceptional massage therapy meets unique healing experiences. Yesterday, that dream became a reality.
To everyone who has supported, encouraged, and believed in this journey—thank you. Your kindness and support have helped make Alleviate Intuitive Massage Therapy a place where our community can relax, heal, and reconnect through therapeutic massage, halotherapy in our Himalayan salt cave, guided meditation, and immersive wellness experiences.
A heartfelt thank you to Sara from .space.collective for sharing your incredible gift as our Sound Therapist. Your calming presence and beautiful sound healing experience made this event truly unforgettable. I couldn’t have done it without you. 💙
We’re just getting started! Stay tuned as we announce more Sound Baths, Himalayan Salt Cave events, guided meditation sessions, wellness workshops, and self-care experiences at Via Bella Salon & Spa.
If you’re looking for massage therapy in Bakersfield, halotherapy, sound healing, or a peaceful place to unwind, we’d love to welcome you.

Did you know?
Every therapist at Alleviate, whether they have 5 years experience or 20, undergoes training with me personally before they are put on the schedule?
Erica has 18 years if experience as a deep tissue therapist, but she is always ready to learn more.
THAT is the Alleviate difference.
Collaboration
Not Competition
