Moxie Moves is a program developed by Mica Saunders also known as "Mica the Body Chemist".Mica wanted to develop a program that anyone can do. The program consist of low impact fun exercises that can do from home. Come turn your workout into a fun dance routine with Mica.

We had an absolute blast performing at Pole Con! We definitely showed them that us “grannies” still have it. Thank you so much for the great song; it was perfect for the performance.Part 2 of our performance is dropping next week ☺️
