Learning that prioritizing myself doesn’t always look like a vacation or a spa day. (as much as I would love that)
Sometimes it looks like a 5 a.m. alarm, a gym session before work, skincare that makes me feel put together, and taking a few extra minutes for myself before the day begins.
As a mom, it’s easy to pour into everyone else first and by time it gets to me, I’m exhausted.
