Hi friends!

I’ve been giving my service menu a little love behind the scenes, and I wanted to share some upcoming changes with you.

I’ve restructured and simplified my menu to make booking easier, more transparent, and less dependent on knowing salon terminology. Instead of trying to decide which technique to book, you’ll now be able to choose a service based more on the result you’re looking for—and I’ll take care of the technical details.

I’ve also updated my pricing to better reflect the time, professional products, education, and level of care that go into each appointment. Many of my color services will now include K18 Molecular Repair and Olaplex as part of the experience, so maintaining the health and integrity of your hair is built right into your service.

A quick note about existing appointments: Any appointments that were already scheduled prior to September 1, 2026 will be honored at the previous service pricing. Appointments scheduled on or after September 1 will reflect the new menu and pricing.

You may notice some familiar services have new names, have been combined, or look a little different when you book. Don’t worry—I’m still offering the color and haircut services you know and love, just in a much simpler format.

A New Way to Shop Your Favorite Haircare

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share a small but exciting update for The Beauty Nook. I’ve officially partnered with Salon Interactive — an online professional product platform that allows you to purchase salon-quality haircare products directly from authorized beauty suppliers and have them shipped straight to your door.

When you shop through my personalized link, I receive a small commission from your purchase, which means you’re still supporting my business while also getting convenient access to professional products recommended specifically for your hair needs.

One of the biggest reasons I chose to make this change is to create a more streamlined salon environment without needing to heavily stock retail inventory in the suite. This allows me to focus more on your experience behind the chair while still helping you maintain healthy hair at home with trusted professional products.

Spring is around the corner 🌿

Hi friends,

With spring right around the corner, I wanted to send a quick scheduling update and share a few service updates at The Beauty Nook.

As always, I’m available for appointments Tuesday through Friday and every other Saturday. Saturdays tend to book quickly, and right now most Saturdays are already full through April, with only one or two haircut openings left.

Starting in April, my summer hours will begin:
Tuesday–Friday: 9am–6pm
Every other Saturday: 9am–4pm

I’ve also introduced a couple of updated haircut options to better support different hair types and densities:

Signature Haircut
Perfect for most clients. This service includes a customized dry cut, shape refinement, and styling—ideal for maintaining your haircut, refreshing your layers, or shaping natural texture.

Extended Density Haircut
Designed for thick, long, or extra dense hair that requires additional time and detailing. This appointment allows for more in-depth shaping, weight removal, and balance for hair that needs a little extra attention.

I’m also now offering a new treatment service:

Hair Health Reset
A stand-alone restorative treatment designed to rebuild and strengthen the hair from the inside out. This treatment helps repair damage, improve elasticity, smooth frizz, boost shine, and support long-term hair health—especially beneficial for color-treated, heat-styled, or stressed hair.

If you’ve been thinking about a spring refresh—whether it’s a trim, a shape-up, or a color appointment—now is a great time to look ahead and grab a spot that works best for you.

Weekday appointments still have some flexibility, so those can be a great option if your schedule allows.

If you already know you’ll want a spring or early summer appointment, I recommend booking your next visit now so you can grab the day and time that works best for you.

As we step into 2026, I wanted to take a moment to share what’s ahead for The Beauty Nook and say a huge thank you for being part of this journey with me.

Starting this year, I will be taking off every other Saturday to allow for better balance, creativity, and longevity behind the chair. You’ll see this reflected clearly in the attached schedule so you can plan ahead with ease.

There are also a few service updates coming in 2026:

* Clipper haircut pricing will be updated to $45
* I’ll be introducing new color, blonding, and vivid color techniques, with a special focus on elevated, healthy results for wavy and curly textures
* Expect fresh approaches, refined applications, and continued education woven into every service

None of this growth would be possible without you. Your continued support, thoughtful reviews, referrals, and honest feedback mean more to me than I can put into words. This salon may be small, but it is truly mighty — because of you.
