Hey y’all, just wanted to clarify something about my booking system because I know it can be a little confusing!

When you book through my website, you’re actually just submitting an appointment request, it isn’t automatically a confirmed appointment. Once I receive your request, I have to look it over and approve it before your appointment is officially added to my schedule; and if you’re a new client I ALWAYS have to see your hair, a picture of what you’re wanting, and get a little of your color history before I ever approve an appointment so that there aren’t any surprises when you come in.

So if you’ve submitted a booking request, just keep an eye out for the confirmation from me! Your appointment isn’t officially set until I’ve approved it (or in some cases I do have to deny appointments if it doesn’t work). This just allows me to make sure I have enough time for your service and that everything fits correctly into my schedule.

I’ve had a couple instances where clients assumed they were booked but I had actually rejected their request due to it not working with my schedule, and they didn’t even see the notification 😅 So just make sure you’re paying attention to your notifications and that you make sure you get a confirmation text/email before you put your appointment on your calendar!
