9am Edouard Update: A Hurricane Hunter Aircraft and a velocity measurement from WSR-88D out of US National Weather Service Lake Charles Louisiana have indicated that has gotten a bit stronger. It's now boasting winds of 50mph. We are continuing to monitor the storm as it moves to the west-northwest at 8mph. Stay w/ Your Weather Authority and you'll be ahead of the storm.
