Late night post, sorry sorry. I just have to get some things off my chest. If you know me, you know I used to own and operate a nail business. I was a nail technician that started out super tiny and was blessed to build to most genuine clientele I could have ever asked for. While that was my way of making a living at the time, nothing hurt my heart more than knowing some people wanted the opportunity to get there nails done, but maybe the season they were in wasnt the best financially which did not give them the space to be able to afford a set. So I gave away free or super discounted sets , often.

So here I am with a new business- sure I know it is not as in demand as nails. But I pour my heart into each painting I do and it has been a way that I found a safe quiet space to heal throughout the process. But yet again, I find a mom or a sibling or a aunt or cousin every now and again wanting a banner for some occasion but then getting discouraged because of my pricing. And while yes, I need to make a living, yalls memories & making children smile is the biggest payment I could receive.

All of this to say, please do not ever feel scared to tell me you have a budget or maybe have a service you would like to trade, whatever the case may be.
