The Color Platform

We know many of you have been asking about Shop for a Cause, so here’s the official update. 💜

Due to many factors and changes this year, it just isn’t possible for us to coordinate an event at the capacity we normally do. The ongoing construction and temporarily limited parking have also played a part in our decision.

Through all of the changes, we remain passionate in supporting the work of the Prudence Crandall Center.

For now we’ve decided the best way we can continue supporting PCC is to use our little salon home to educate, raise awareness, and raise funds in whatever capacity we can day to day.

From now through at least the end of October, in recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, we will be donating 10% of all product sales at directly to the Prudence Crandall Center. 💜 We will also be putting together a massive raffle basket to be drawn on October 27th (TCPs 6th Anniversary) and share how much we raised

We will also continue accepting physical donations at the salon, and we’ll be sharing a PCC wishlist in our stories for anyone who would like to contribute items directly.

For now, this is one of the ways we can continue showing up while we take some time to brainstorm additional ways we can support PCC outside of Shop for a Cause.

And don’t worry… Shop for a Cause will be back in 2027 and we’re already dreaming about making it bigger and better than ever. ✨
