Preservé isn't just a fancy name, it's the whole philosophy behind this technique.
Traditional breast augmentation often cuts through the circummammary ligament (the natural support structure around your breast) to make room for the implant. Preservé does it differently: instead of cutting, we use a balloon to gently create the pocket, leaving that ligament intact.
Why does that matter? That ligament is what supports your implant long-term. Preserving it means better support, a more natural result, and less disruption. It's also gentle enough that select patients can have this done under local anesthesia, meaning less downtime and a faster recovery.
