What you eat after your session plays a big role in how you feel and how long you experience the benefits.

After a colonic, we recommend choosing foods that are:
🥗 Easy to digest
💧 Hydrating
🌱 Rich in nutrients
🦠 Full of probiotics and fiber (as tolerated)

At the same time, it’s best to avoid foods that can slow digestion or irritate your gut, like fried foods, processed snacks, excess sugar, alcohol, and heavy meals.

Your digestive system has just been refreshed, so this is the perfect time to nourish it with foods that support healthy digestion and your gut microbiome.

✨ Why do we recommend a series of 3 colonics? ✨

One colonic can be a great start, but the real magic often happens with a series of three sessions completed within about 1–1½ weeks.

Here's why:

💧 Session 1: Your colon begins to hydrate and soften older waste that may have been sitting in the folds of the colon for an extended period. This session gets things moving and starts the cleansing process.

💧 Session 2: Because the colon is still well hydrated from your first session, it can often release additional waste more easily. Many clients notice they feel lighter, have more energy, and experience less bloating after this visit.

💧 Session 3: With the colon remaining hydrated and responsive, this session allows for a deeper cleanse. Many clients report feeling refreshed, more comfortable, and notice improvements in their overall sense of well-being.

Think of it like soaking a dirty dish—the longer it stays hydrated, the easier it is to remove what has been stuck. The same principle is why we recommend completing your first three sessions close together before moving into a maintenance schedule.

Every body is different, and results vary from person to person, but giving your colon the opportunity to stay hydrated between sessions can help maximize the benefits of your initial cleanse.
