Desta Fix, LMT

With the holidays right around the corner, we want to share a quick friendly reminder for upcoming appointments! 🎄✨

As many of you know, our salon is an intimate, cozy space with limited seating. To keep our environment relaxing and enjoyable for everyone during this busy season, we kindly ask that clients bring no more than one guest to their appointment.

Here’s a quick refresh on our guest policy:
✨ One guest per client is permitted.
✨ We have 2 designated chairs in our waiting area for guests.
✨ For safety and space reasons, guests are not permitted to sit in service chairs.

Our goal is to ensure every client gets the peaceful, focused experience they deserve in the chair. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we prep for the holiday hustle! 🤍

🗓️ Holiday Countdown:
🦃 5 weeks until Thanksgiving!
🎄 9 weeks until Christmas!
Appointments are filling up fast for the rest of the year—if you haven't secured your holiday spot yet, be sure to book soon! 💇‍♀️✨

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY

With the holidays approaching and everyone’s schedules beginning to fill up, we want to do everything we can to make sure our clients have the opportunity to get the appointments they need.

Effective immediately, we are updating our cancellation policy from 24 hours to 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute or missed altogether, it often leaves us without enough time to offer that appointment to another client. Providing 48 hours’ notice gives us a better opportunity to fill the opening and helps us accommodate more clients during the holiday season.

We understand that unexpected things happen, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this change.

Thank you for helping us make the most of every appointment and for your continued support of A Head of Our Time Salon & Spa.

It’s that time of year again.

🚧 PARKING & TRAFFIC NOTICE 🚧

With the Food Truck Battle happening this Saturday, August 29th, you will see signs in our parking lot.

If you are coming in for an appointment, you are more than welcome to park in our parking lot! The signs are simply there to help keep parking available for our customers.

Please also expect some delays getting into the salon, as there will be more traffic in the area than normal. We recommend allowing yourself a little extra time to arrive for your appointment.

Thank you for your patience and understanding!
