Sarah Spruell launched her massage therapy practice in 2025, specializing in trigger point therapy. One of her top clients is a personal trainer and bodybuilder who relies on her expertise to support muscle recovery and improve range of motion.

Through targeted treatments, Sarah helps him move more efficiently while reducing the risk of injury. Another client Sarah particularly enjoys working with is deeply committed to holistic self-care.
