I’ve been in the beauty industry for almost 30 years.

For most of that time, my income has depended on me being behind the chair, taking clients, doing the services, being the brand, and holding so much of the business together myself.

And honestly? I still love the work.

But I also know I don’t want the next version of my business to rely only on my hands, my schedule, and my energy.

I have about 2.5 years until I turn 50, and I’m using this season to rebuild the way my business runs.

That means more structure.
More systems.
More education.
More team growth.
More content.
More offers that don’t require me to physically take every single client myself.

I’m not trying to disappear from my business.
I’m trying to build something stronger, smarter, and more sustainable.

So I’m starting a new series sharing what I’m changing, what I’m learning, what’s working, what’s hard, and what I wish I would’ve done sooner as a beauty business owner.

Because I know I’m not the only one who loves her work but also knows it’s time for the next level.

A little insight into how I started Rawwbeauty.

Just a little insight into all the fun conversations we have. Most of these clients have been coming to me for YEARS. I’m missing about four of my clients from today. I’m forgot to record one. Three of them forgot about their appointments today lol. We moved their day from where they’ve been for years and now we decided we don’t wanna work mondays. That didn’t last long.

Patrick always got a comment. lol. This is literally me and him all the time. Didn’t even know Maddi was recording 🤣🤣🤣.
