Okay Birmingham friends — I’m testing out a new idea and I need some feedback 👀💜

I’m looking at opening 6–8 spots for semi-private strength training with me at Sculpt Gym in downtown Birmingham!

This would be for anyone who wants the coaching, structure and accountability of personal training, but at a much more affordable price.

🏋️ Max 4 people per session
💪 Up to 4 training sessions per week
💰 Less than $20 per session
🙌 Beginner-friendly
📍 Sculpt Gym — Downtown Birmingham

I’m currently considering 9 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM and/or 6:30 PM sessions based on interest.

If you’ve wanted to work with me but 1:1 training hasn’t been the right fit for your budget — this could be for you.
