We're pleased to welcome special guest speaker Dr. Tara Feil, PhD, Psychologist, who will present "Managing the What Ifs" and share practical strategies for coping with uncertainty, anxiety, and the emotional challenges that often come with a cancer diagnosis.

Whether you're currently in treatment, a survivor, or a caregiver, you'll find encouragement, connection, and support in a welcoming environment.

THIS! If I had a dollar for every time someone told me an individual needed sensory break programming to ‘burn off some energy’ to help their regulation, I’d be retired by now. It’s a common misconception that increasing ‘tiring’ activities alone will actually regulate us. This lays it out so well. Adding purpose and structure are essential in helping support multiple areas of human regulation and using appropriate sensory tools. Consistency is key. 🔑 Ask your OT!

✨We are excited to announce the opening of Peace & Purpose Integrative Therapy!

Opening June 1st, our practice will provide compassionate mental health services for children, teens, and adults through integrative and client-centered approaches using trauma-informed care.

At Peace & Purpose, we believe therapy is not about "fixing" people- it's about creating a safe environment to process, grow, learn, and reconnect with the version of yourself underneath the stress, anxiety, trauma, burnout, or chaos of life.
