Exciting News for Ottawa Street!
Ottawa Street is currently under construction as part of an improvement project to make the street wider, safer, and more accessible for everyone. While this work is underway, The Collaborative Studio remains open and accessible, and we appreciate your patience as these upgrades are completed.
Road Construction Access to The Collaborative Studio
During the road construction this summer, please enter The Collaborative Studio from 43rd Avenue and Ottawa Street.
Directions
1. Turn onto Ottawa Street from 43rd Avenue.
2. Follow the designated one-way street pattern on Ottawa Street north toward The Collaborative Studio. You may see a Road Closed sign, but the road is open to through traffic for access to local businesses, including The Collaborative Studio.
3. Please allow a few extra minutes for travel, as construction traffic patterns may change throughout the project.
When Exiting
• Exit the parking lot and turn left.�• Continue following the designated one-way traffic pattern to exit the construction area.�• Please do not attempt to drive against the one-way traffic flow.
