We want to welcome to the Active Life Family Coach Thomas Drago! He is originally from Minot and recently graduated from Jamestown University with his Bachelors of Science where he also played football and threw javelin. While he was there, he also earned his Certified Personal Trainer Certificate. He will also be attending the University of Mary this fall to work towards his Masters in Athletic Training.
He brings such a fun, positive, and motivating attitude and is always willing to help out! He always enjoys helping people of all abilities and skill levels train to their fullest potential.
When he is not training people you can find him enjoying walks, golf, pickleball and spending time with his wife and son.
