Vital Balance x Fire & Ice Wellness

Two Full body glow specials this morning and a whole lot of quiet, intentional energy.
Today is Mental Health Day, so here’s your reminder: slowing down is still progress.
Taking care of your skin counts… taking care of your mind matters even more.

October is your reminder to pause, breathe, and choose yourself. Our fall specials were designed to help you glow, renew, and restore — a little reset before the season gets busy. Take a moment for you and book your October treatment.

Massage melts the tension. Facials calm the skin. And your nervous system quietly gathers the glow you’ve been craving..

Balance looks good on you but a little extra glow never hurt anybody.

Appointments with Ashlyn are open… facials, spray tans, and laser‑level smoothness ready to sn**ch your confidence right back.

Okay..we’ve been keeping a little secret! 👀
If you’ve noticed a few changes around here the new name, the new look, and two businesses showing up together — there’s a reason! We’re so excited to officially share that Vital Balance is now working through Mas Sol Tanning & Wellness! 🤍
Shani has created such a beautiful space at Mas Sol — a place where passionate women and different wellness businesses can come together, support one another, and bring more to our community.
And that’s exactly what we’re doing.
✨ Vital Balance × Fire & Ice
Two separate businesses.
Two different specialties.
But a whole lot of reasons to work together.

🔥 Fire & Ice
Massage • Reiki Energy Healing • Spray Tanning • Laser Hair Removal - Cori

Skin • Waxing • Corrective Facial Treatments - Lay

✨ Vital Balance
Skin • Waxing • Spray Tanning • Body • Energy Healing • Laser Hair Removal • IPL • Advanced Facial Treatments - Ashlyn

And we’re not the only women making things happen at Mas Sol. 🤍We’re just a few of the women who have found a home and a community there.

We realized pretty quickly that we could help each other not only with our services, but behind the scenes, too. So we’re sharing content duties, brainstorming, creating, promoting, highlighting each other’s services, and helping keep our social media active and consistent.

Basically…
Double the businesses.
Double the ideas.
Double the trouble. 😂
And double the people cheering each other on. 🤍

This is not a merger-Fire & Ice is still Fire & Ice, and Vital Balance is still Vital Balance.
We’re simply choosing to work together & share a social media home because we believe we’re stronger when we support one another.

While Vital Balance & Fire & Ice will be sharing this social media space, Mas Sol Tanning & Wellness remains its own business, brand, and social media.

We’re incredibly grateful to Shani and Mas Sol for creating the space that brought us together and for welcoming Vital Balance into the Mas Sol community.

We’re just getting started… and we have SO much planned. 🤍✨

Welcome to the new chapter of
FIRE & ICE × VITAL BALANCE

Double the trouble. Double the fun.
And a whole lot more wellness. 🥂✨
