NABBA is proud to celebrate Renee of The Barbershop of Boiling Springs in South Carolina for her dedication, leadership, and service to the barbering profession.
A shop owner since 2003 and OJT instructor, Renee served as NABBA President in 2016–2017 and Treasurer from 2018–2022. She also received the 2022 Charles W. Kirkpatrick Distinguished Service Award! 🌟
Her contributions include advocating for barbering legislation, working to protect the exclusive use of the barber pole, helping establish February 18 as South Carolina Barber Day, and supporting her community through fundraisers and service activities.
Thank you, Renee, for honoring our traditions while helping move our profession forward. Congratulations on this well-deserved recognition! ❤️🤍💙

We’re all about some education to help get you, Bluffton, a better experience. We will be hosting a class featuring this style, with the help of our friends at Reuzel Pomade.
If you’re in the area November 2, Monday, at noon, and would be open to get a FREE HAIRCUT, drop us a line!
Here’s the catch (if you even want to call it that): we need you to have about an inch on the sides, and 3-5 inches on top to work with. The end goal will be a pompadour style.
You will also need to be comfortable sitting for a little longer than normal and being stared at by about a dozen people.
We are really excited to be hosting this class! Every opportunity to learn helps our community have a better experience, helps us serve you better, and keeps you looking and feeling your best!
