Please join us in welcoming Elana Aharonoff, PA-C, to Barnett Dermatology!

With more than 13 years of experience in medical and cosmetic dermatology, Elana is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized, evidence-based care.

She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer, acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, hair loss, and other common skin conditions, while also providing comprehensive skin cancer screenings.

In addition to medical dermatology, Elana offers cosmetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and laser treatments. Her extensive training alongside leading dermatologists and Mohs surgeons allows her to combine advanced medical expertise with an artistic eye to create natural, refreshed results tailored to each patient.

Elana earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and graduated with Chancellor’s Honors from Nova Southeastern University, where she received her Master’s Degree in Medical Science. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
