I don’t teach large hands-on groups.
I never have, and I never will.
What I teach requires real presence: mine and my students’.
And that is simply not possible in a room full of people.
When a window opens for Mastery students to practice with me here at , the limitation is real.
Each hands-on session has a maximum of 4 people.
Because that is the only format that makes sense for the level of work I teach.
Every decision needs to be seen.
Every movement needs to be adjusted.
Every student needs space to ask, practice, and grow.
If you were on our waitlist, you have already received the opportunity to take this step with me.
And soon, once you complete the theory modules, you will be able to schedule your hands-on session.
If this is the step you have been waiting for, this is where it begins.
I will be here, working side by side with you.

After years of developing my technique and teaching professionals, I’ve reached one conclusion.
Two professionals can learn the exact same technique and leave the same training with completely different results.
Because every client is different.
Every skin heals differently.
How do you choose between two pigments when both could work?
What do you do when the skin heals differently than you expected?
How do you know when adjusting your plan is the right decision?
And how do you explain that decision in a way that makes your client feel confident, not uncertain?
Those answers don’t come from the technique alone.
They come from learning how to observe.
How to ask better questions.
How to make better decisions.
We don’t teach one answer.
We teach you how to find the right one.
That’s exactly what we do inside the Mastery Program.
Because learning the technique isn’t the finish line.
It’s the beginning of becoming the professional your clients can truly trust.
If you’d like to see how the Mastery Program is structured, comment MASTERY below, and I’ll send you all the details.

All these questions point to the same truth:
You don’t need to have everything figured out before you start.
But you do need the right structure around you.
Mentorship.
Practice.
Feedback.
Quality standards.
And a clear understanding of what this field truly demands.
The Mastery Program was created for women ready for a serious commitment.
Women who realize their current work may no longer support the life they want to build,
and who are beginning to see medical dermopigmentation as a serious path worth exploring.
They do not need to have every answer yet.
They need someone to help them understand the path, build the foundation, and take the next step with clarity.
If you’d like to join our waitlist, comment MASTERY below, and you’ll receive an email when an opportunity opens.

What is your biggest fear when learning something new?
For one of my students, the answer was simple:
“The moment you’re no longer there.”
The fear of being alone in the room with a client.
Having to make decisions without someone beside her saying:
“Yes, that’s right.”
And honestly, I understand that fear.
Because in many places, people are taught formulas. Not foundations.
And formulas only work when the case behaves exactly as expected.
Foundations are different.
They teach you how to think when the case in front of you does not follow the script.
I thought about this recently when I went back to violin lessons.
I was very intentional about choosing my teacher.
Because some teachers only show you where to place your fingers.
Others train your ear, your timing, your foundation, so you are not dependent on someone standing beside you every time you play.
That is how I built the Mastery Program.
I asked myself:
What do my students need to learn so they can feel confident even when I am no longer in the room?
Inside the Mastery Program, they learn what to do.
How to do it.
And why they are doing it.
Because the “why” is what allows them to make decisions when the case in front of them is not exactly like the one they practiced.
They develop more than skill.
They develop a trained eye, judgment, and the sensitivity to understand the person behind every case.
The mentorship is real.
The practice is hands-on.
And the goal is not dependency.
It is knowing what to do when you are the one in the room.
Comment MASTERY if you want to understand how this works in practice.
The next cohort opens soon.

There’s a profession most people do not even know exists.
It does not treat disease.
It restores identity.
Dermopigmentation gives back something that goes far beyond color.
It restores the way a person relates to their own body.
I have been doing this work for over 8 years.
I have restored more than 8,000 people.
And today, the part that moves me most is training women to do the same.
If you want to understand more, I created a free guide showing four possible ways to begin in dermopigmentation.
Comment GUIDE and I’ll send it to you by DM.

Every artist you admire was once looking at someone else’s work, wondering if she could ever do it.
The difference it was the moment one woman decided to begin.
You may look at my work and think:
“Wow. What she does is so beautiful. It looks so natural.”
And maybe you don’t even know exactly what I do yet.
Dermo… something.
That might be what you’re thinking.
And that’s okay.
Most of the women I’ve trained, who now work in this field, did not start out imagining themselves in this career either.
Some came from completely different professions.
Others were simply looking for more flexibility, more control over their routine, and a kind of work that felt more aligned with the life they wanted to build.
Then, they discovered my work.
And somewhere along the way, they discovered a career they didn’t even know existed.
What they had in common was not a perfect résumé.
It was not a long list of degrees.
It was the willingness to learn with method, repetition, guided practice, and standards.
To learn the skin.
To learn how to read scars.
To develop technique, judgment, and responsibility for a specialty that deals with something much deeper than color.
That is what I teach inside the Mastery Program.
I guide women who are starting from zero, showing them how this path can be built seriously, step by step, even without previous experience.
If you admire this work, but have never imagined yourself doing it…
Chances are, you were simply waiting to discover that this path exists.
Comment MASTERY and I’ll show you what starting from zero can actually look like.

She needed a medical dermopigmentation specialist, and couldn't find one.
I could bring you hundreds of data points showing how underexplored this market still is.
I could show you the steady rise in plastic surgeries and walk you through the math: every surgery leaves a scar, and every scar leaves a mark that quietly takes something from a person's confidence.
Or I could simply show you a portion of the dozen DMs I receive every single day, from people across every state in this country, looking for a trained professional near them.
And maybe you're thinking:
"That sounds incredibly complex."
Or: "I'd need a degree for that, and I don't have years to spare. I have kids, a home, a family."
But here's what's true:
You don't need a degree to become a specialist in medical dermopigmentation.
You don't need to invest years and thousands of dollars hoping the return will eventually come.
What you need is technical training, the right tools to serve your clients, and the guidance to be truly ready to work in this field.
That's exactly what the Mastery Program teaches.
The investment you make in this training is structured so that your first three-five clients can already return what you put in.
I could fill my calendar training professionals and earn well doing it.
But the return I see in my clients' lives is more meaningful than any cohort I could fill.
What drives me goes beyond the financial.
It's a mission.
It's looking at the needs of people around the world and feeling a deep indignation when I see women sacrificing themselves inside work structures that don't reward them fairly, and that steal the time they deserve to spend with their families.
Enrollment for the next Mastery Program cohort is opening soon.
If you want to be ahead of it, comment MASTERY below.
I'll make sure you have everything you need to make your decision with clarity.

Every woman in this carousel came from a different starting point, but they were all asking the same question:
Is there a path where I do not have to choose?
So when I built the Mastery Program, I had one non-negotiable:
By the end of the training, there could be no gap between what my students learned and what the market actually demands.
Not just technique.
The judgment to assess a case before ever touching the skin.
The confidence to speak with a client who has lived through something difficult.
The standard that makes a client return, refer, and never question your value.
That is not something you build in a generic course.
It is built through mentorship. Real, ongoing, direct access to someone who has already made the mistakes you are trying to avoid.
Pauline said it better than I could:
“The mentorship saved me so much time. If I had a question, I asked right away. I never felt judged. I always felt like I was growing.”
She did not leave her job overnight.
She transitioned carefully and intentionally. And within weeks, she knew she was not going back.
The women I train do not just leave with a skill.
They leave knowing how to think, how to decide, and how to protect every result they deliver.
If that is the standard you are ready to build toward, comment MASTERY.

How would you offer a permanent makeup procedure to a man?
I don't have that answer because that's not what I do.
Medical dermopigmentation sits far closer to the medical field than to the beauty industry.
Beyond that, the way in which pigment is deposited into the skin and the way it's done is fundamentally different.
That's what produces results natural enough that male clients can walk out without anyone ever knowing.
The demand from male clients is growing quietly and quickly. But trained professionals who can deliver at this clinical level are still rare.
Are you ready to be one of the few professionals trained to serve this market at this level?
Tell me in the comments: is the male market something you've thought about, or is this the first time it's crossed your mind? 👇🏻

You know what Olivia and you have in common?
You were both tired.
And you both thought the only option was to cover it up.
She was exhausted from checking, every single day, whether the scar was still hidden.
You? Exhausted from a work structure that keeps taking time away from your family.
Olivia didn't know that medical dermopigmentation existed, a specialty capable of restoring the skin's natural tone without makeup, without managing it every day.
And you may not have known that this is one of the most powerful fields for mothers to build a career in.
The work structure isn't built on hours, it's built on the transformation you create in someone's life.
That's a different kind of value. And it generates a different kind of return.
Surgeons trust specialists with their patients’ results.
With the right technical training and close mentorship, you’re never figuring it out alone. Support is there from your very first procedure and forever, in a field that surgeons rely on to complete their results.
What you do with this information from here says a lot about where you are right now.
If you want to understand more about what this path actually looks like, my profile is the place to start.
