Jaw feeling tight or sore? Try this calming, hands-only TMJ massage you can do at home. Work the masseter and temporalis muscles with the heel of your hand and fingertips, combine gentle pressure with slow open/close motion, and focus on breathing. I am feeling significantly better having moved my massage office out of the musty building on State Street. Less than a month after moving, my husband helped me with the finishing touches to my new office. I love how close to the freeway my new office is too! I have a little waiting area just outside my office.
