I always check anatomy first to ensure my client is a good candidate and to find the true septum “sweet spot.” In this case, I freehanded the piercing instead of using clamps because it was the best technique for her anatomy. Taking the extra time to adapt my approach helps create a more precise placement and a smoother, more comfortable experience using implant-grade titanium jewelry.
