Being off work/working very little due to my shoulder injury has caused a bit of a financial burden and yall have been so generous to ease that for my little family. I havent forgotten anyone, I'm taking everything day by day because I hate having to cancel and reschedule. So far, I was able to massage 3 people on Monday and 2 people on Tuesday...I have 2 people today, so its just a slow process! I will more than likely text everyone that I had to cancel and push to September! Again, thank yall for allowing me some time to heal.

Y'all please know that I'm not going anywhere...I just have to slow down for a minute. I just need to be 100% before I start back with deep tissue and trigger point work so I'm not out even longer. I will have more answers on Monday when I start PT. I am truly doing the best that I can!

To my wonderful clients,

I wanted to give everyone an update regarding my shoulder injury.

Unfortunately, my MRI was denied by my insurance, and they are requiring me to complete 4–6 weeks of physical therapy before they will approve additional imaging.

The good news is I will still be working! However, to give my shoulder the best chance to heal while continuing to care for you, I'll be reducing my schedule to 3–4 clients per day over the next 4–6 weeks. I will also only be offering 30, 45, and 60-minute sessions during this time. I will still be taking off on Wednesdays and every other Saturday to give my body adequate rest as well.

During this time, I'll be offering:
• Swedish Massage
• Manual Lymphatic Drainage
• Prenatal Massage
• Myofascial Release

I will not be offering deep tissue or trigger point work until I'm cleared to do so. To help provide effective treatment without placing additional strain on my shoulder, I'll also be incorporating hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, and scraping tools when appropriate.

I'll be reaching out individually to everyone who is currently scheduled during the next 4–6 weeks to discuss any adjustments that may be needed.

I truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace during this time. My goal is to heal properly so I can get back to serving all of you at 100% as quickly as possible.
