One thing about me—I’m going to do everything I can to make sure my clients receive the best care possible.

Over the last 6 months, my client and I have been on a journey trying to figure out what was causing his scalp flare-ups. At first, we thought it was the mousse, but even after removing it from his service, the irritation continued.

So we kept digging.

I stopped using gel completely and began retwisting with oil only. I also oil his scalp regularly with my handmade hair growth oil, adjusted his wash routine, and paid close attention to how his scalp reacted after each appointment. Through trial, observation, and consistency, we discovered that aloe is his scalp’s best friend. 🌿

Now we use aloe-based shampoos and fresh aloe from the plant to help soothe and calm his scalp, and the improvement has been incredible.

This experience also reinforced why I create and sell my own hair care products. My handmade oils are formulated with scalp health in mind and have helped many individuals dealing with dryness, irritation, and other scalp concerns. While every scalp is different, having quality products and a customized approach can make all the difference.

No two clients are the same, and that’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Sometimes providing great service means taking the time to learn what works best for each individual client.
