New year, new me 😂. For the 1,109,102nd time we are working on getting healthy! I’m done with calories, macros, and eliminating food groups. Just want to get back to good old common sense and eating well. I know what my main problem is: snacking after dinner. Now, I don’t think there is anything wrong with eating at night. The problem is MY CHOICES…let’s be real, I’m not snacking on 🍒🍓🥦. I’m eating 🍪🍿🍫. I’ve been following for a while. I love her page and the real life advice. That’s why, I am starting to listen to her nutrition tips. Starting the day with a large (and carbs!) breakfast, lunch will look more like a large snack and dinner will be a small serving of minimally processed food. I started today with two eggs, egg whites, 1/4 avocado, English muffin with real butter and the star ⭐️ of the meal, one small potato (Yukon size B to be exact) pan fried with red peppers and one slice of bacon. Going on 4 hours and I’m still full! How do you plate your meals during the day?
