For this look, I purchased raw ponytail hair from India, carefully separated it, custom-colored and blended it, then hand-tipped each piece with keratin bonds. It was definitely a learning curve

One of the first things Shey noticed was how much more natural the texture felt compared to heavily processed extension hair. That’s one of the reasons I’m so excited to continue exploring different hair sources and techniques.

Here’s the first half of my summer schedule . Only Fridays will be affected . The second half charges a bit!

Extension installs and color corrections can be done on Saturdays by request 🩵

We were skeptical.

When the package arrived, the hair looked tiny and honestly more like 12 inches than the length we ordered. Even I was a little nervous.

But once I washed and conditioned it, the curls expanded exactly like curly hair always does—and wow, what a difference.

This was my first time using this brand, and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome. More importantly, neither could my guest.

Back in January, we did curly clip-in extensions for a trip, but for a longer getaway, clip-ins aren’t a great option since leaving them in can cause damage. This time, we chose curly wefts for a more comfortable, longer-lasting solution.

Safe to say we’re both hoping this becomes her signature summer look. ☀️✨

I used to do a lot of vivid color work! 🌈 Did you know I even have a separate page dedicated to rainbow hair? My little secret account, mickeycrayons, has been quiet since 2022.

While I don’t actively promote vivids anymore, they’ll always have a place in my heart. And if you know me, you know I’ll always find a way to incorporate color and creativity into extensions. ✨.
