Using hot tools is a crucial step to many of our daily routines, but daily exposure to high temperatures can lead to dryness, split ends, frizz, and loss of your hair’s natural shine.

That’s why using heat protectant isn’t an extra step we’re trying to sell you on, it’s a non-negotiable for healthy, beautiful hair!

Remember hotter tools doesn’t mean better results. For most styling, keeping your hot tools around 350°F or below is recommended!

👻 The truth behind the “hair rules”.

It’s easy to assume your hairstylist is telling you “you need this” or “don’t do that” just to get you to spend more money.

But the truth is, a lot of the things we recommend have nothing to do with making a sale. 🤎

Healthy, beautiful hair isn’t just about what happens in the salon chair, it’s about what happens between appointments too.

Sleeping with soaking-wet hair (guilty 😬), skipping regular trims, using excessive heat without protection, washing with extremely hot water, or using products that aren’t right for your hair can damage those results we worked so hard to get.

And when we recommend professional products or certain routines, it’s because we want your hair to stay healthy, maintain your color, and look its best long after you leave our chair!

We’re not here to make your routine complicated or sell you things you don’t need. We’re here to help you understand your hair and give you the tools to take care of it. ✨
