Spread the Love Lip Balm is a collaborative adventure involving myself, Elizabeth Lilley and Danny Henderson. Our individual talents are perfectly blended to offer our customers what we believe are some of the best all natural gourmet lip balms on the market. Danny is a chemical compounder who also just happens to be addicted to lip balm. I love artistic outlets, graphic design and basically anything that keeps my creative juices flowing. Common lip balms contain synthetic ingredients that may be harmful. One of these ingredients,petrolatum (petroleum jelly), was actually banned by the European Union and is listed as a probable carcinogen in the European Union's Dangerous Substances Directive (UNECE 2004). Other harmful substances produced from crude oil include saccharin, mineral oil and paraffin. Health concerns have also revolved around ingredients such as padimate, wite wax, tocopheryl, methylparaben and polyparaben. Spread the Love Lip Balm is created in small batches using only all natural, safe ingredients. Our business specializes in custom labels for wedding favors, business promotions and advertisement, but we are also very interested in individual lips-yours.
