He gained further insight into facial rejuvenation, injectables, and gluteal augmentation through his externship in Miami, Florida where he trained under World Renowned leaders in Plastic Surgery
His interests include: Injectables and other non-invasive therapies for facial rejuvenation, breast augmentation, Mommy Make-overs, surgery after massive weight loss, body contouring, Gluteal Augmentation, breast reconstruction, as well as hand and facial trauma, and general reconstructive procedures. His philosophy is to give you the most natural look possible without compromising safety. He strives for perfection and will do whatever it takes to get his patients to where he thinks he can take them.
The same Breast Implant can create very different results depending on a patient's anatomy. Chest width, skin elasticity, and existing breast tissue all influence the final shape and appearance.
When patients bring inspiration photos, I focus on understanding the fullness, projection, and proportions they find appealing rather than simply matching an implant size.
My approach to Breast Augmentation is to select implants that complement each patient's natural anatomy and aesthetic goals, creating a personalized result rather than trying to replicate someone else's.

I never plan a breast augmentation using the front view alone.
From the side, I'm looking at projection and how the breast transitions from the upper chest. From the front, width and spacing become more important. The implant also needs to match the natural footprint of the breast.
An implant can look appropriate from one angle and still look disproportionate from another.
That's why implant selection involves more than choosing a volume or cup size.

When I'm planning a tummy tuck, I'm not looking only at the center of the abdomen.
The waist, flanks and transition into the hips all influence the overall contour.
For some patients, liposuction can be incorporated to refine surrounding areas while the tummy tuck addresses loose skin and the abdominal wall.
The goal is to improve the abdomen while also considering the waist, flanks and overall body proportions.
For this 31-year-old patient, the goal was to achieve a more defined waistline and fuller, more proportionate buttocks through personalized Body Contouring.
I performed Liposuction of the abdomen and back, followed by a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) using her own fat to enhance gluteal volume and shape.
A successful BBL involves more than adding volume. I carefully consider the waist, hips, lower back, and overall silhouette to create smooth transitions and balanced proportions.
What I appreciate about her result is the improved waist definition and natural-looking gluteal contour, with each area complementing the rest of her body.

With gynecomastia surgery, knowing how much tissue to leave behind can be just as important as knowing what to remove.
If too much is taken out, the area around the ni**le can become depressed or the chest can develop an irregular, hollow appearance.
I'm trying to reduce the fullness while maintaining a smooth transition across the natural pectoral contour.
The goal is a flatter, more defined chest while maintaining a natural appearance.
Losing over 100 pounds is a significant achievement, but excess abdominal skin can remain even after substantial weight loss.
For this 30-year-old patient, I performed a Full Tummy Tuck with abdominal muscle tightening to remove excess skin, improve definition, and create a smoother abdominal contour.
After major weight loss, the skin and abdominal wall may not fully return to their previous condition. Surgery can help address these changes when appropriate.
My goal was to create a more balanced, proportional midsection that complemented the transformation she had already achieved through her weight-loss journey.
A Mommy Makeover is not a single procedure or a standard combination of surgeries. Every woman's body changes differently after pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight fluctuations.
Some patients benefit from a Tummy Tuck to address loose skin and muscle separation, while others may need a Breast Lift, Breast Augmentation, or Liposuction.
I build each surgical plan around the patient's anatomy, concerns, and personal goals. The priority is choosing the procedures that actually make sense for her body.

Motiva Preservé gives me another option when I'm planning breast augmentation for the right patient.
The implant is placed above the pectoral muscle, beneath the breast tissue or fascia, using an approach designed to minimize unnecessary disruption of the surrounding structures.
For appropriate first-time augmentation patients, one benefit is that the chest muscle is not disrupted in the same way as with some traditional approaches.
I don't automatically recommend Preservé to everyone. Tissue quality, anatomy and the patient's goals still determine whether it makes sense.
What I like about Motiva Preservé Breast Augmentation is its focus on preserving the surrounding breast tissues while placing the implant above the pectoral muscle.
For appropriately selected patients, this less disruptive approach may reduce tissue dissection and offer a different recovery experience compared with traditional Breast Augmentation.
But Preservé is not right for everyone. I evaluate tissue thickness, breast shape, skin quality, and implant goals to determine whether this technique makes sense for the patient’s anatomy.

I don't think of a Mommy Makeover as a standard package of procedures.
One woman may have significant loose abdominal skin with very little muscle separation. Another may have changes in the abdominal wall but relatively good skin quality. Breast volume and breast shape can also change very differently from one patient to another.
I evaluate each of those concerns separately before deciding what should actually be treated.
The procedures included depend on what each patient needs and wants to address.
