Also as a hairstylist I find it so hard to make content when I see color looking so different to my eyes compared to my phone camera. You notice in this video with each position change or shift of lighting completely alters the way the tone of her hair reflects the light.

Wouldn’t you agree that the consultation is the most important part of a service?
If all of these questions aren’t asked thoroughly, how will we get to your end goal looking the way we both expect?
I have been the culprit of conducting consultations that didn’t have my clients and I feeling satisfied in the end… and that’s okay. What matters is we’re HUMAN and we learn from our mistakes. Luckily I have amazing clients that are so gracious, unafraid to speak up and have given us both in the chair and behind it the confidence to HAVE A CONSULTATION.
