Have you ever tried this?? It’s new to me and I thought it was really cool! The key is pushing and pulling the arms equally. Then add in the balance challenges!
These variations have it all - stabilization, twisting, bending, arms, core. I love to do them and to watch my students do them!! Beautiful and they feel amazing!
