This beauty comes to see me every couple months to put some fantasy colors over her natural blonde hair. I have never had to bleach her hair! It’s light enough to put the colors right over BUT!! It has to sit for at least an hour. It does fade quicker than if I were to put it over pre lightened hair. Take a peek at the different color combos we have done over the years 🦄

Tips for kids getting fantasy colors over natural hair:
-try to only wash once or twice a week with cold water
-it’s going to fade everytime you wash it! if you wash more frequently the color will fade within 2-3 weeks.
-if they are swimming a lot, I highly recommend waiting until the weather changes because the chemicals in a pool will strip the color right out. OR wear a swim cap
-use good shampoo! Sulphate free is the best for these types of colors. Loma, Amika & Olaplex are a few of my favorites
-pick darker colors so they can enjoy the fade!

My beautiful guest wanted something lived in but still wanted to feel blonde ☺️ I used all Danger Jones Creative for this look! I put 12 highlights around her face using lightener and 10 volume, then did chunky lowlights matching her natural root color using DJ gloss 5-0 7-3 & 7-8. The blend came out so perfect I didn’t even need to do a root on her, we did an overall gloss of 8-32 9-3 and a couple drops of 9-8 👩‍🍳💋
