✨ IMPORTANT BOOKING & NO-SHOW POLICY UPDATE ✨

I want to take a moment to address something that has been happening more frequently over the past couple of weeks: no-shows.

A no-show is not just a missed appointment—especially when I have trusted you enough to book your appointment without requiring a deposit.

There are days when I arrive at the salon before opening hours just to accommodate clients and make sure everyone can get in. When I reserve a time specifically for you, that appointment could have gone to another client who needed that spot.
When you don’t show up, that means:

• Another client missed the opportunity to book
• I prepared and set aside that time specifically for you
• That is income that I, or one of my team members, did not receive

And unfortunately, this hasn’t only happened to me. My team has experienced an increase in no-shows as well.
Because of this, we will be making some changes moving forward.

📅 NEW BOOKING POLICY

✨ Appointments must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
✨ Last-minute appointments will no longer be accepted.
✨ A deposit will now be required to secure ALL appointments.
✨ No exceptions.
✨ card is required at time of booking- if a no show happens we will be charging at least 30% of that service lost

We completely understand that emergencies happen and sometimes things are outside of your control. All we ask is that you communicate with us as soon as possible.
