To protect your time, your artist’s time, and ensure every client receives the attention they deserve, we’ve refreshed our Haus Rules. These guidelines help us stay on schedule, deliver exceptional service, and create a smooth experience from booking to brows.

A few highlights:
🤍 Deposits secure your appointment and apply toward your service.
🤍 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
🤍 No-shows and excessive lateness may result in fees or future prepayment requirements.
🤍 Please reschedule if you’re feeling under the weather.
