Just spoke with an Air Force retiree who has been stranded on I-20 with his wife since 3:30pm yesterday. He is near Ruston and is still not seeing any movement.

I also spoke with a young mother at 11:00am who has been stranded on I-20 since 2:30pm yesterday. She is returning to Texas following her father’s funeral and has two toddlers in her car. She saw deputies on 4-wheelers delivering gas to people who have run out, but she had not seen movement either. Here is a picture taken from her car.
