FLOCO Decking Systems

Real mosaic tile, set right into your FLOCO surface. It might be
our favorite detail in the whole system.

A turtle family swimming the shallow end. A compass rose at the entry. An anchor right where everybody walks out the slider. Starfish scattered down the run like the tide left them there.

Here is what makes it work in rubber and nowhere else. The tile
sets in FLUSH. The surface comes right up to the edge of it, so
there is no lip, no ledge, no grout lines to catch a toe or scrub
out every season. We mix your blend around the art so it looks
Cohesive and stunning. ✨

And we have to give credit where it is due. Every single mosaic
in this post came from the AMAZING Trebing Tile & Carpet . Thousands of options, sea life to fully custom, and they have never once let one of our customers down. We are obsessed. If you want a mosaic in your surface, start there and thank us later.

You pick the tile. We set the surface around it. Just tell your
designer early so we can build it into the plan from day one.

What would you put in yours?

CENTRAL FLORIDA… YOU’RE OFFICIALLY GETTING FLOCOFIED. 🌴🔥 We’re incredibly proud to officially introduce Pro Surfacing - Central Florida’s FLOCO Certified Installer.

And let’s make one thing VERY clear: these guys didn’t come to FLOCO to learn rubber surfacing. They already knew rubber surfacing.

They came to learn the FLOCO way.

Our materials.
Our prep standards.
Our installation systems.
Our techniques.
Our finishing details.
Our aftercare.
Our customer experience.
Our standard.

The Pro Surfacing team spent an entire week alongside ours, putting in the work, learning our systems from the inside out, and proving exactly why they deserve to carry the FLOCO name in Central Florida.

Experienced before they arrived.
FLOCO trained before they left.
Certified because they earned it.

So whether you’re in The Villages, Ocala, Orlando, Clermont or another community throughout Central Florida, there’s officially a FLOCO Certified team in your backyard. 😎🌴

THE FLOCO STANDARD. NOW IN CENTRAL FLORIDA.

This is FLOCO Resin bound rubber mulch. Same idea as our surfacing, just for your landscape beds. Rubber granules hand mixed with a premium binder and troweled in, so the whole bed locks together into one solid, permeable surface instead of sitting loose on the ground.

Which means it stays exactly where you put it.

No floating into the pool after a storm. No washing into the
drains. No blowing across the driveway. No raking it back off
the sidewalk every other week.

And no re-mulching every single year. That truckload, that
labor, that line item on the budget, gone. It stays permeable so
your beds still drain and your plants still drink. The color is
a custom blend that does not grey out and streak the way dyed
wood does. Nothing rots, nothing turns to mush, nothing nests
in it.

Golf courses are switching. So are resorts, HOA common areas, clubhouses, and commercial entrances. Basically anywhere that budgets for mulch every year is a property this pays for itself on.

Send us a DM with a photo of your beds and we will come measure.

“Rubber doesn’t drain. Water just sits on it.”

We hear this one constantly, usually from someone who has never installed it. So let’s settle it. Drainage is not about absorption. It is about flow.

People assume a surface has to soak water up to get rid of it.
It is the opposite. You do not want a sponge on your pool deck.
A surface that absorbs is a surface that swells, breaks down,
grows things, and fades.

TPV granules do not absorb water, chlorine, oils or dirt. That
is exactly the point. What moves the water is the micro-gaps
between the granules, and the slope we correct underneath before any rubber goes down. Water passes through and follows the path we built for it.

That is why a properly installed FLOCO surface does not puddle after a storm, does not need squeegeeing, and is non slip whether it is wet or dry.

Slide 7 is five questions worth asking anybody who quotes you.
If someone tells you drainage does not need correcting, or that
rubber surfacing simply does not drain, keep shopping.

Better yet, ask to walk a finished job right after it rains. Or even during!!!
We will happily set that up.

This is the text that made our whole week. 🥹❤️

“I just wanted to thank you and tell you how completely THRILLED we are with our new FLOCO pool area. The transformation is unbelievable. The colors are perfection.”

And then the line we are still not over:

“If you ever need to show a potential customer your product, don’t even hesitate, just bring them here.”

About those colors, because they are the whole trick. It is a custom blend, crafted to match the coping she already had. We mixed it against that stone so the surface and the coping read as one piece, instead of two materials meeting at a line. That is the entire reason it looks like it was always meant to be there. Nothing here came off a chart.

Then the turtle, hand crafted straight into the surface, in teals
that carry the water behind the house. Every colour in that shell is rubber, packed in by hand while the surface cured. Nothing sits on top of a FLOCO surface, so there is nothing to peel, chip or lift.

The line we are quietest about but proudest of is the one about our crew. “The prep guys and installation guys were awesome and represented the company in the best way.”

She named the prep guys first. Almost nobody does, because their work disappears under everything else. She noticed.

Non slip wet or dry. Seamless edge to edge. And it does not get nearly as hot as the concrete that was there before.

If you want one you would show off too, send us a DM. We will come take a look.
