Whether it’s 60 minutes of restoration or a luxurious 90-minute reset, your appointment will be thoughtfully tailored while still allowing you to know exactly how long your pampering will last, making it easier to plan around babysitters, school pickups, work schedules, and real life.

I know what motherhood is like mentally and physically, especially the physical part. The toll it takes on our bodies. The rest we crave. Just an hour by ourselves sometimes feel out of reach or something we may not get often.

This is where Urban SKN comes in. What sets us apart. I’m here for the moms. I love creating a space where you can just be. We can create the serene calmness where you can take the most REM sleep nap, we can brag about our perfect little ones, I can be an ear you can vent too of how hard it’s been too.

I am a firm believer that after pregnancy - us women enter the fourth trimester. The trimester that needs the most tender care. Moms need to be taken care of too during this phase. The phase where everybody who said they were going to be there drops off, the hormones are dropping, the walls within the home start feeling like they’re closing in and there’s not much to do for selfcare that you can feel seen, heard, or cared for or none the less make time for you with a baby.
