But if I extend the courtesy of allowing you to book directly with me instead of online, and you no-show without any communication, you will no longer be allowed to book directly through me again.

Just like your job expects notice when you can’t make it, your stylist deserves that same respect and communication.

Booking an appointment and doing a no-show with no message or warning is extremely inconsiderate of my time and business.

Going forward, ALL clients will be required to book online. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies. 💕
