Equipment: Light weights and mat, stability ball, and one medium Dumbbell
Workout: seated oblique twist w/DB 1x10 each side, side lifts on ball 1x10 each time, and standing lunge with oblique twist 1x10 each side.

Summer is in full swing in North Carolina, and this time of year we see a lot of patients that are dehydrated in Duke Cardiac Rehab. I would love to share some more helpful information for everyone to stay hydrated during the summer heat. βοΈ
Today we are covering symptoms and warning signs to be aware of about dehydration. We are also covering which fluids count towards your daily fluid intake, discuss some foods that contain water, how much fluid we should intake per day, and some helpful tips to stay hydrated throughout the day.

Bicycle Dumbbell figure 8 1x10
Side Plank- Add inner thigh lift for challenge 1x10, or hold 20 sec.
Oblique twist ball slams 1x10 each side
