The Cosmic Access

From casual open play to six days a week on the court—pickleball completely reshaped my daily rhythm, my energy, and my mindset. It started as a routine and quickly turned into a true passion that challenges me physically and mentally every single day.

This weekend marked a major milestone: my very first tournament. We had the option to play in the 50+ age division, but we decided to test ourselves and entered the 16–45 open bracket instead. Stepping up against players half our age brought unmatched energy, and walking away with a Silver Medal in our tournament debut is something I’m immensely proud of. 🥈

Does the finish sting a little? Of course. We were leading 14–10 in the final battle, pushed the limits against guys with young legs and lightning-fast hands, and ended up letting it slip 14–16. Heartbreak at the finish line, no doubt. But that is the beauty and the intensity of this game....every reset, every kitchen battle, and every point counts until the final ball drops.

Standing on that podium with silver isn’t a setback; it’s proof that age is just a number when you bring discipline, heart, and focus. I love this game too much to dwell on four lost points. The grind doesn’t stop, the paddle stays in hand, and I am already hungry for the next one.

Swipe ➡️ for the hardware and a few favorite shots from the court. See you at the kitchen line! 🔥

Our bodies hold onto the pace of the world long after the day is done....storing every unspoken word, every ounce of stress, and the quiet restlessness that keeps us awake at night.

Stillness isn’t something you chase; it’s something you remember.

When pure vibration meets the third eye, the outside world fades to a whisper. The mind lets down its guard, and the nervous system finally receives permission to soften, release, and come back into natural rhythm.

To those who journey with us: what was your very first experience using your tuning fork? Where did you feel the shift take place?

Drop your story in the comments below...we would love to hear your journey 🌿✨

Take a deep breath and let the week go. 🌿✨
Whatever felt heavy from Monday to Thursday, leave it right here. As the sun sets on another busy week, choose to carry forward only what serves your soul: unshakable peace, quiet gratitude, and genuinely good vibes.
Pour that favorite drink, turn down the mental noise, and sink into the weekend. You made it, and that alone is worth celebrating.
Happy Friday, friends. May the next two days bring you slow mornings, genuine laughter, and room to simply breathe 💫

Etched with the fierce grace of an eagle in flight, this dark bronze gong doesn't just produce sound....it creates space 🦅✨

From the initial soft strike to the thunderous, rolling resonance, watch how the metallic overtones expand and slowly decay. The raw power of the etched brass mirrors the soaring frequencies that move straight through your chest. Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let this wash of vibrations clear out whatever tension you’ve been holding today.

Fresh out of the bags and into the light.

A fresh shipment of 26 one-of-a-kind gongs just arrived at the studio, each engraved with sacred art and hand-tuned for deep resonance. Sound travels fast....12 are already on their way to their new guardians.

If you’ve been looking for a centerpiece instrument for your sound baths, meditation practice, or personal sanctuary, now is the moment. With only 14 remaining, they won’t stay here long.

Drop a comment below with "GONG" or send us a DM to claim yours before this collection is completely gone.
