💗 HELD: A Sacred Postpartum Day Retreat This offering is especially near and dear to my heart, as I deeply needed support like this during my own postpartum healing journey and transition into motherhood. This season of life is so tender, transformative, and deserving of care.

HELD is a sacred postpartum day retreat devoted entirely to tending to the mother.

Together, we will create space for nervous system regulation, loving self-touch practices, guided womb and breast massage rituals, celebration circles, nourishment, rest, and sisterhood.

I wanted to share that last week, under the full moon energy, with devotion, I crafted a new batch of Maya Moon Oil that will be ready for you at our Day of Sisterhood Retreat on June 7th.

This oil is so divine and feels and smells absolutely magical. The herbs infused in high-quality organic olive oil are from Belize and are gathered on the full moon with prayers according to Maya tradition. There is a shift happening in how I offer womb care 🌹

Over the years, I’ve found that combining new client intake, education and hands-on work into one (and the first) session can sometimes feel overwhelming—and can even become a barrier for women who simply want to receive.

Because of this, I’ve created more space and choice.
You can now receive abdominal and womb massage in any therapeutic session, without needing to learn or do anything beyond showing up and allowing your body to be held.

For those who feel called to go deeper, I am now offering a dedicated 1:1 experience:

Nurturing the Womb
This is a deeply held session where you will be guided into connection with your body through breath, awareness, and a simple, powerful, and nourishing womb massage sequence you can take home with you.

Rooted in the teachings of Dr. Rosita Arvigo and the Maya Abdominal Therapy lineage, this work supports the release of tension held in the abdomen and pelvis, while restoring balance across the pelvic, reproductive, digestive, and energetic systems.
