They help with financial things after infant loss, such as funeral expenses and hospital expenses. After losing their son Sam, the Wilcocks decided to help those who went through what they went through, and they are all around amazing people for that reason and so many other reasons too. Welcome Fall!

I just finished with an exceptional 2 days of Touch for Health with 4 amazing students! I do regret we didn't get a picture, but the memories of the class is what we each carry and I am so excited for these students to move on to level 2!

Every class I do I find so many unique things and the energies of the students who come are exactly the energies needed for the class to allow for healing, growth and learning. I am teaching level 1 again October 30-31st if you missed this one and are wishing you had signed up, you now have another opportunity.

All you have to do is let me know you want to join and I can send you a link or an invoice. You can even pay the $100 at the front desk. Normally these classes are $450 per class so if you have been on the fence this is the time to make the jump and learn Touch for Health for yourself. I will also put a link at the bottom of this email.

So, what are your plans this fall? I'm sure the kids are doing great and into the schedules of school. For those who have outgrown the school years, I hope you are enjoying this wonderful weather and getting out in our beautiful little city.

If you are new to Cedar, I have to tell you to head up the mountain this week! the leaves are changing and will soon be gone off the trees. I think it's so amazing how far people travel to see the colors on Cedar Mountain. We definitely are lucky living in such a beautiful space.

Massage and Salt Cave
Not too long ago we added a salt cave massage to our menu. It has been super popular and we love doing massages in the salt cave.

Lately I have had clients say they would love to stick around the spa and relax after their massage. Well, this month how about we do something about that? How about after your massage session take about 45 min to relax in the salt cave with a comfy blanket using one of our relaxing zero gravity chairs or our table with the Chakra balancing PEMF mat?

you will have to schedule it separate from your massage session so if you run into any hiccups let us know!

Want the salt running? we will just add $25 and give you a paraffin eye mask to help you relax and meditate even more.
