I have officially started my Pilates Instructor journey!!! Over the weekend I completed 1 of 4 modules for Level 1. I learned a lot, met a lot of new people, and had some fun. I'm excited to see what’s coming next! 😁

I’ve got to say my life is changed 100% in just one week! I thought I was JUST going to a workshop to learn how to stretch and get some vacation time. But what I got was so much more than I could have imagined. I gained a new family at the and a new vision for my life.
FST ( Fascial Stretch Therapy) is stretching like you’ve never experienced. As a trainer and a therapy technician, I can say this changed the game for me, and I can’t wait to start working on all of you!
It’s Monday, and it’s time to keep moving.
